Description

You will own the development of developer enablement frameworks and platform capabilities, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for platform capabilities and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Design and prototype platform features, including building proof of concepts and assessing technical feasibility.
• Break down complex engineering work into manageable iterations that deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to refine scope, acceptance criteria, and ensure architectural alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in modern engineering stacks.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with React and Node.js.
• Strong background in Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of cloud native architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices.
• Proficiency in applying Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts and modern engineering patterns.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
