Description

You will build and scale distributed microservices using Java and Go, owning the full lifecycle from design to release.

Responsibilities

• Develop distributed microservices using Micronaut or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Design data schemas and write efficient SQL queries for Postgres or time-series databases.
• Design REST APIs and protocols across different network layers.
• Build stable, scalable server components using distributed systems principles for horizontal scaling.
• Implement automated testing using standard test frameworks to ensure software quality.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience with OOP.
• Strong programming capabilities in Java and Go.
• Experience with Micronaut or Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization and data schema design.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience managing Jenkins pipelines.
• Working knowledge of GCP or AWS.
• Experience with REST API design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or pub-sub message queues and stream processing.
• Knowledge of Postgres or time-series databases.
