Description

You will own the end-to-end development of scalable Java applications and microservices, covering design, implementation, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Drive full development cycles from initial design through to production support.
• Conduct performance-focused code reviews and establish robust testing strategies.
• Build common libraries and interfaces to streamline adoption of new technology stacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve operational issues.
• Write complex SQL queries and manage database interactions for high-throughput systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java (J2EE) development.
• Expertise in designing and implementing microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle DB and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with cloud-native environments, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Working knowledge of PCF, NiFi, NATS, Kafka, and ZooKeeper.
• Experience using Splunk, Redis, and Cassandra.
• Deep understanding of SOLID, DRY, and Single Responsibility design principles.
