Description

You design and implement Java applications using Test Driven Development within a Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate backlog items into engineering designs, technical user stories, and logical tasks.
• Lead the Scrum team in adopting new technologies and processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical support to team members.
• Implement sprint backlog items and write unit, functional, and integration tests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JEE.
• Experience with Spring framework, including Spring AOP and Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience building RESTful services.
• Database management with Postgres and pgAdmin.
• Proven experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Batch.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with IntelliJ IDEA.
