Description

You will develop and maintain backend microservices using Java 17 or 21, integrating data via XML and JSON.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement features and backend services using Java 17 or 21.
• Design and maintain microservices architecture with messaging queues via Kafka.
• Interact with Oracle or DB2 databases for data persistence.
• Manage source control and collaboration workflows using Git and BitBucket.
• Develop frontend components using React and GraphQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 17 or Java 21.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON data structures.
• Experience with Kafka for messaging queues.
• Strong command of Git and BitBucket workflows.
• Database experience with Oracle or DB2.
• Familiarity with microservice patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Knowledge of React and GraphQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level microservices deployments.
