Description

Lead development and integration of enterprise applications, translating architectural direction into design patterns and coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain new and existing applications within an enterprise environment.
• Lead development teams, mentoring individual developers to ensure continuity and quality.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce design patterns and coding standards.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to maintain consistent program architectural direction.
• Manage system performance, configuration, and rapid prototyping.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java and traditional application languages.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring REST, and Spring MVC.
• Experience building responsive UIs using ReactJS, AngularJS, or BackboneJS with Bootstrap.
• Proficiency with SOAP services and Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of Azure and RDBMS.
• Competency in automated testing tools such as JUnit, Jasmine, or Karma.
• Application of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, or Iterative Development.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with MongoDB queries and fine-tuning.
• Experience with Jenkins (CI/CD), Jira, GitHub, and SCSS.
• Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
