Java Developer

You will develop full-stack web applications, taking ownership from UI through the backend and database.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack web applications (UI, middle-tier, backend/database).
• Write, test, debug, and maintain code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Design and implement web services.
• Write SQL queries and create stored procedures, functions, tables, and other database objects.
• Participate in agile development processes (Scrum), including task estimation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Java (versions 8, 11, and higher).
• 6+ years of experience with SQL.
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, JPA, jQuery, and Spring Framework (MVC).
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to follow department standards and methodologies.
• Effective written and verbal communication in group and individual settings.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS Cloud (Code Commit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, etc.).
• 6+ years of experience with Eclipse IDE.
