Description

You will design and develop server-side applications for the Dock and Yard Management Hub.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into scalable server-side solutions within a cross-functional team.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using established design patterns and architectures.
• Perform unit testing, develop test harnesses, and conduct system integration and bug fixing.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Provide 3rd level customer support and develop user documentation as required.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing server-side applications in Java.
• Proficiency with Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of Apache ActiveMQ and Kafka.
• Experience with Selenium Grid, Jenkins, GitHub, and Docker.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and agile software development processes.
• Ability to work in an international environment using English daily.
• First experience working with AI in software development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using GitHub Co-Pilot to improve development efficiency.
