Description

You will develop, integrate, and support risk technology applications within a banking environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate complex, business-critical applications across multiple functional areas.
• Execute hands-on development and contribute to full project delivery using Agile and iterative methodologies.
• Troubleshoot defects, data errors, and configuration issues to identify application error origins.
• Analyze upstream and downstream dependencies and data flows to recommend technical solutions.
• Manage internal and external audit reviews by providing necessary technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total professional experience in information technology.
• 5+ years of experience in application integrations, system implementations, or system enhancements.
• Expertise in Java, JEE, and Enterprise Technologies.
• Hands-on experience with API/Microservices and Restful Webservices.
• Advanced SQL skills for writing complex queries and data extraction.
• Experience working with OpenShift, Oracle, and Kafka.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Experience using ServiceNow and working within CI/CD delivery models.
• Background working in the Banking or Financial Services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
