You will coordinate technical support and maintenance for Java applications, ensuring system reliability and resolving issues through structured incident management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with offshore teams to resolve technical issues and set up environments.
• Manage incident logging and escalation processes according to ITIL frameworks.
• Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and implement application solutions.
• Perform routine health checks to ensure system reliability and stability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Experience adhering to ITIL Frameworks for incident management.
• Ability to troubleshoot application and system defects effectively.
• Experience managing incident logging and escalation processes.
• Familiarity with providing user support via phone, email, or chat.
• Experience collaborating with development and QA teams on complex issues.
