Description

You will design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will lead offshore teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, and handle production troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and MySQL databases.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and monitor AWS CloudWatch logs.
• Lead offshore teams and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Perform design reviews and troubleshoot production issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software design and development.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with MySQL and relational database design.
• Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch and log analysis.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation.
• Deep knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Hands-on AI-assisted development experience.
