Description

You design and develop enterprise applications using Core Java and J2EE, building scalable microservices and owning the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Core Java and J2EE with established design patterns.
• Create and consume REST APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and manage code via Git.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
• Deploy and manage services on AWS using Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java and J2EE design patterns.
• Strong experience building Microservices and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: Angular or React.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: EKS, Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, Route 53, ELB, SNS, SQS, MSK, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with message streaming using Kafka.
• Containerization and orchestration experience with Kubernetes.
• Database proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK) on AWS.
