Description

You will design and develop microservices systems using Java and Spring in an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices systems with a security and API-first mindset.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and low-level designs.
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure service quality.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments for implemented solutions.
• Participate in technical grooming, PR discussions, and coding standard enforcement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong coding proficiency in Java, including experience with older JDK versions.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience consuming AWS services including ECS, API Gateway, Secrets Management, RDS, Cache, and SNS.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proven experience building and supporting RESTful API services.
• Experience implementing complex integration projects.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to solve technical issues through thorough research and investigation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
