Description

You will design, build, and own Java microservices and REST APIs in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java microservice applications and REST APIs.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks from development to completion.
• Implement unit tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate within Agile project workflows to deliver features.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 11 or higher and Java Core.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS Cloud using various application stacks.
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, or MS SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to DevOps tools including Jenkins and SonarQube/Lint.
• Knowledge of AWS services including AppSync, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
