Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise data solutions and Java applications within Google Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer conversations to define technical requirements and architect large-scale data infrastructure.
• Spend 50% of your time coding and 50% reviewing developer code to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to identify software feature opportunities.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to onshore and offshore development teams.
• Own the full lifecycle of feature definition, design, integration, testing, and release within an agile team.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience designing and developing Java/J2EE applications.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring XD, and Hibernate frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions in Google Cloud (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with GKE, VPC, Subnets, Load-balancers, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, IAM, Dataproc, Dataflow, and Stackdriver monitoring.
• Experience with Big Data platforms including Hadoop and Apache Spark.
• Proficiency with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• GCP Professional Architect Certification.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other Cloud PaaS/SaaS environments.
