Description

You will design and develop scalable Java applications integrated with BPM platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize BPM workflows using Camunda, IBM BPM, Pega, or Appian.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven services for workflow orchestration.
• Integrate BPM workflows with backend systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and process models.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to business workflows and system integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Java development experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one BPM platform (Camunda, IBM BPM, Pega, or Appian).
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, workflow engines, and business process modeling.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs using JSON/XML.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
