Description

You will design, implement, and maintain workflow automation solutions using Camunda within a Java ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex Camunda BPMN and DMN workflows aligned with business objectives.
• Develop custom extensions, integrations, and Java-based components to enhance Camunda platform functionality.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable workflow models.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning for Camunda processes and underlying Java applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system availability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency with Camunda BPM platform, including BPMN and DMN modeling.
• Experience with MySQL database design and optimization.
• Ability to integrate Camunda with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Experience participating in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical skills for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to security policies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members on Camunda best practices.
• Familiarity with global team collaboration and cross-functional coordination.
