You will design and implement technical solutions within the Foreign Exchange (FX) domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions for trading, settlement, and risk management systems.
• Support the full trade life cycle and processing for FX products including Spot, Forward, Swaps, and Options.
• Manage maintenance and patch installations on WSS application and web servers.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers and technical teams using Agile Scrum methodology.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development using J2EE and Java.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets, specifically FX products and trading platforms like Reuters, Bloomberg, and Wall Street System (WSS).
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and SOA.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API management.
• Working knowledge of middleware tools including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with payment messaging (MT103, MT202, MT300, MX) and methods (Fedwires, ACH, SWIFT).
• Proficiency with Linux-based systems and on-premises infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FX risk management, pricing models, and analytics.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for FX.
