Description

Build and maintain real-time, event-driven applications focused on high throughput and low latency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality code using Spring Reactive and event-based frameworks.
• Analyze Cisco UCCE implementation and routing strategies to solve complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with senior architects to define low-level designs from high-level architectures.
• Design and implement testing strategies to verify functional requirements and technical standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience with real-time, event-driven, high-throughput, and low-latency applications.
• Proficiency in Spring Event Driven programming and Spring Reactive.
• Experience with Redis using Lettuce or Jedis libraries.
• Strong knowledge of Threads, Multi-threading, Non-blocking I/O (NIO), and concurrent programming.
• Experience with TCP Client/Server API Messaging using spring-integration-ip.
• Deep understanding of Cisco CTI Events.
• Ability to write DB queries for Postgres (NPGSQL) and MSSQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco UCCE Telephony Platform including ICM, CVP, Cisco PGs, and GED 145, 125, & 188 Protocols.
• Experience implementing custom CTI solutions.
