Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong ForgeRock / Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Java development skills and hands-on experience with ForgeRock components such as Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ForgeRock IAM solutions.
• Develop Java-based applications, services, APIs, and integrations supporting IAM platforms.
• Implement authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, and access-control solutions.
• Configure and customize ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and IG components.
• Develop and maintain custom authentication trees/journeys, nodes, scripts, and policies.
• Integrate ForgeRock with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and third-party identity providers.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations and secure APIs using OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Work with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, LDAP, and related IAM protocols.
• Implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning, synchronization, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, integration, and performance issues.
• Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with security architects, application teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Develop unit/integration tests and maintain technical documentation.
• Support CI/CD automation and deployments across development, QA, and production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Java/J2EE development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock / IAM technologies.
• Experience with ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and authentication/authorization.
• Experience with ForgeRock Identity Management (IDM) and identity provisioning/synchronization.
• Experience with ForgeRock Directory Services (DS/OpenDJ).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, LDAP, and SSO.
• Strong Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and object-oriented programming skills.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Good troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
