Description

You will build and maintain backend systems, microservices, and API gateways on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and deploy microservices using Spring Boot architecture.
• Manage Apigee X and Apigee Edge proxies to connect client and target systems.
• Maintain Kubernetes clusters on GKE, focusing on load balancing and ingress management.
• Design and develop RESTful services for web and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot Apigee Gateway issues and optimize backend performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Apigee (Apigee X and Apigee Edge) and proxy management.
• Experience building microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Practical knowledge of Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Experience with RESTful services and third-party API integration.
• Familiarity with Cloud SQL and AppDynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage authentication, data exchange, and error handling in APIs.
