Description

You will own the operational data pipeline for the Data Factory platform on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring visibility into system health and usage metrics.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain datasets to supply Operational Excellence dashboards for monitoring Data Factory operations.
• Feed GCP-specific metrics to the Data Factory Command Center executive wall tiles and enable the GCP Usage Dashboard.
• Maintain infrastructure and processes used to generate operational and relevancy metrics using Terraform.
• Lead, support, and manage existing applications while developing new deliverables on GCP.
• Develop streaming data solutions using Dataflow and manage CI/CD pipelines with Git and Tekton.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with large-scale solutioning and operationalization of data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms on GCP.
• 4-5 years of experience in Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, LDAP, and Spring Security.
• Hands-on development with Google Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud PubSub, and Kafka.
• Experience with BigQuery development and operations, including Cloud Logging and Monitoring principles.
• Experience with DB migration using Liquibase or Flyway.
• Infrastructure management using Terraform and CI/CD on Google Cloud using Git and Tekton.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Angular.
• Experience with software quality tools including CheckMarx, Fossa, 42C, and CYCODE.
