Description

Develop and maintain VXML-based applications for banking contact center environments using Genesys IVR.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and unit test VXML-based applications for multi-tier contact center architectures.
• Implement web services and application logic integrating IVR components like ASR and TTS.
• Support software design within multi-tier systems and work within an Agile lifecycle.
• Manage build and version control using Maven, Subversion, and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Core Java and JDK 1.6 (generics and annotations).
• Hands-on experience with J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and Webservices.
• Proficiency in VXML and CCXML.
• Experience with Genesys IVR and Nuance Application Studio.
• Experience with NDF Framework.
• Proficiency in Oracle and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Maven, Subversion (SVN), and Jenkins.
• Usage of Jira and HP Quality Center.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the banking contact center domain.
