Description

You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency trading applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable trading systems using Java and Golang.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across production environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with J2EE and Golang.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software principles.
• Experience with distributed systems and multi-threaded programming.
• Proficiency with message brokers: Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud-based application development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services (capital markets, commodities, or currency trading).
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL database technologies.
