Description

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency trading applications for capital markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build low-latency trading systems using Java and Golang.
• Collaborate with traders and quant analysts to define technical requirements.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across distributed environments.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development (J2EE) and Golang.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience implementing distributed systems and multi-threaded programming.
• Proficiency with message brokers Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• 10+ years total professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with AWS Cloud-based application development.
• Experience in financial services, specifically capital markets or commodity trading.
