Description

You will serve as an independent developer focused on the design, development, and implementation of Java/J2EE applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute software enhancements, new projects, and bug fixes across the full SDLC.
• Manage large volume datasets using IBM Optim with optimized database archiving strategies.
• Design and implement Web APIs, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries and database logic.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver software using unit and integration testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency with Spring, Struts, and JDBC.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Server and PL/SQL programming.
• Experience with IBM Optim for data archiving and compliance.
• Working knowledge of C/C#, HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with XML, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with GitHub and software configuration management.
• Experience with full release cycles and SDLC methodologies.
• Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microservices development.
• Knowledge of web frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Familiarity with Big Data and financial domain data.
