Description

You will manage data channels and resolve complex technical issues within an integration environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple tasks to fulfill internal and external data channels while adhering to established SLAs.
• Resolve complex technical issues using functional and technical knowledge.
• Coordinate activities across fulfillment, application development, architecture, release management, and infrastructure teams.
• Apply risk mitigation strategies and best practices to integration workflows.
• Utilize Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling Secure Proxy to manage file transfers.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of applicable experience in Java development or IBM Sterling integration.
• Proficiency with IBM Sterling Integrator (non-EDI experience required).
• Strong command of XML and XPath.
• Experience with file transfer protocols including Connect:Direct, Secure+, FTPs, SFTP, and AS2.
• Scripting and automation skills using RHEL Linux.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve incident tickets promptly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of network concepts such as firewalls, proxies, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk.
