Description

You will develop Java applications while providing hands-on IT support to ensure system reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Java applications to ensure high responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve technical challenges through direct IT support.
• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Manage application performance tuning and optimize system functionalities.
• Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development and hands-on IT support.
• Proficiency in Java programming, coding, and debugging.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and databases.
• Strong debugging and system monitoring skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
