Description

You will design and maintain scalable microservices using Java, Spring, and Kafka.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices architecture.
• Build efficient backend systems using Spring Framework and Kafka.
• Apply system design principles including scalability, caching, and load balancing.
• Implement unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (versions 8, 11, or 17).
• Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
