Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services and data platform components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using Java and Python.
• Build data platform components for ingestion, processing, and analytics workflows.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions regarding reliability, scalability, and security.
• Deploy and manage services and data pipelines across cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of programming experience in Java and Python.
• Proficiency with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data platforms like Kafka, Spark, Flink, or Airflow.
• Familiarity with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Exposure to data lake, warehouse, or lakehouse architectures.
