Description

Build and maintain scalable web applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop maintainable web applications using Java technologies.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Implement database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure performance.

Required Skills

• 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• Active MBI clearance is required.
• Prior experience working with the IRS is required.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and React.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of database design using SQL and NoSQL.
• Proficiency with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
