You will design, develop, and deliver ITSM solutions using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot, integrating ServiceNow into existing platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ITSM solutions using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Integrate ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems into existing platforms.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure performance and user satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documentation and regular progress reports.
• Communicate technical updates clearly to team members and partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Experience working with ITSM systems and ticketing platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.
