Description
You will own the technical support and maintenance of Java-based applications running in Kubernetes environments. You are responsible for end-to-end troubleshooting, from API debugging to root cause analysis using APM tools.
Responsibilities
- Triage and debug API issues across UI, application, and data layers.
- Analyze logs and metrics using Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, or Splunk to identify root causes.
- Manage incident workflows using ServiceNow, Jira, and xMatters.
- Perform code-level analysis in React, Java, and JavaScript to isolate defects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business solutions and improve application stability.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or application engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and React.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes environments.
- Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and distributed computing.
- Experience with ETL processes and distributed file systems.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with distributed file systems.
- Exposure to ETL application stacks.
