Description

You will own the technical support and maintenance of Java-based applications running in Kubernetes environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Triage and debug API issues across UI, application, and data layers.
• Analyze logs and metrics using Dynatrace, Grafana, Kibana, or Splunk to identify root causes.
• Manage incident workflows using ServiceNow, Jira, and xMatters.
• Perform code-level analysis in React, Java, and JavaScript to isolate defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business solutions and improve application stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or application engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and React.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and distributed computing.
• Experience with ETL processes and distributed file systems.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed file systems.
• Exposure to ETL application stacks.
