Description

Lead Java/J2EE technical delivery focusing on TIBCO integration and microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of microservices using Spring Boot.
• Analyze integration problems to build workflows with TIBCO, open source, and cloud solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage API documentation using Swagger.
• Coordinate technical delivery between onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years professional experience in Java/J2EE development.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with Spring Boot APIs and microservices (Java 1.8).
• 4+ years in-depth knowledge of integration patterns: APIs, Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, EDA.
• Experience building scalable, highly available distributed systems in production.
• Proficiency with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Wiremock Framework.
• Experience with GitHub, profiling, and debugging Java applications.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with Dynatrace and Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 5+ years experience, or Master's with 6+ years.
