Description

You will diagnose and resolve technical incidents within TIBCO-integrated Java applications, ensuring system stability and data integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in TIBCO-integrated Java applications.
• Monitor system health, message queues, and data flows using TIBCO Hawk or custom dashboards.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on failed processes, such as blocked message flows in TIBCO EMS or Java heap memory errors.
• Lead critical incident conference calls and manage on-call rotations for high-severity issues.
• Create knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and the TIBCO suite.
• Knowledge of SQL for data reconciliation.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and monitoring.
• Understanding of SOAP/REST web services.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to junior staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TIBCO Hawk for monitoring.
• Strong background in root cause analysis for distributed systems.
