Description

You will build backend reactive services using Java and modern frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop lightweight, reactive microservices using Java 8+ or Kotlin.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka and webhook mechanisms.
• Design and build asynchronous APIs.
• Contribute as an individual contributor within a cross-functional Agile team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+.
• Hands-on experience with Vert.x and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of Kafka for messaging.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL (Couchbase).
• Proficiency in Agile methodology.
