Description

Develop and maintain custom software and database application capabilities using Java and Spring Boot. Own end-to-end application delivery, including coordination for production deployment and CI/CD component building.

Responsibilities

• Develop elegant, high-performance code and implement custom software capabilities with limited oversight.
• Own end-to-end application delivery, including coordination for production deployment and CI/CD component building.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and leading tests.
• Monitor application health and KPIs to support triage of production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize applications for non-functional requirements and advocate for security best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in Java.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot.
• Experience building and managing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies.
• Direct experience working with GCP.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement database application capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for design-related discussions and team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
