Description

You will lead the design and development of Java/J2EE-based microservices applications, owning the release pipeline from coding to production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Java/J2EE microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka/MQ, including producers, consumers, and streams.
• Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and performance tuning for scalability and reliability.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce clean code and design pattern best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate requirements into technical designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, distributed systems, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka/MQ for event-driven messaging and error handling.
• Proficiency in MongoDB, including data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns and system design principles.
• Ability to support deployment, monitoring, and resolve production issues.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical designs clearly.
