Description

Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Java-based applications aligned with business goals and user requirements.
• Develop, test, and debug software to resolve technical problems.
• Produce detailed design documentation and user assistance guides.
• Recommend improvements to existing Java infrastructure.
• Manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java and J2EE.
• 7-10 years of experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• 8+ years of experience with Kafka.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience as a NoSQL DBA.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience designing and building scalable, distributed applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gitflow, TFS, and Atlassian products (BitBucket, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with CI tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or TFS.
• Background in eCommerce projects or product development.
