Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through direct management and technical guidance.
• Oversee full-stack Java development lifecycles from design to delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective negotiation and communication.
• Direct technical delivery and ensure team performance meets standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience.
• At least 10 years of Java Full-Stack Development experience.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a Development Manager role.
• Proficiency in Java and Full-Stack Development.
• Proven Team Leadership capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
