Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices, integrating them with IDM systems like OKTA.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable code while ensuring application performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features using agile methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain codebase quality.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, estimation, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development or a relevant position.
• Proficiency in Java programming and its ecosystems, including Spring Framework and Hibernate ORM.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience building RESTful web services and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with AKS and microservices.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
