Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java EE applications, owning the full lifecycle from system analysis to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design for complex enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain robust Java EE applications using Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to define technical requirements.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Java EE application development and system analysis.
• Expertise in J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, database design, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability in requirement analysis and solution architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
