Description

You will build backend services and data-driven applications using Java and Python, focusing on microservices, stream processing, and conversational AI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and Flink for stream processing.
• Develop conversational AI features using Google Dialogflow CX, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
• Optimize application performance using Redis caching and efficient database queries.
• Manage deployments within cloud-native environments using Kubernetes and OCP.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of Java development experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• 2-3 years of Python experience focused on backend or data-driven development.
• Deep understanding of Reactive Programming, such as WebFlux.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Flink.
• Proficiency with Redis, MongoDB (NoSQL), and Oracle (RDBMS).
• Experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and OCP.
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks like ADK or Playbook.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model telemetry.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
