Description

You will develop and maintain software systems, ensuring stability and performance through continuous improvement and architectural design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, and upgrade interfaces.
• Design and develop software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict outcomes.
• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate hardware and software interfaces and resolve customer problems.
• Advise customers on the maintenance of software systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with Python and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of Kafka and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience with DevOps platforms including Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scientific analysis and mathematical modeling in software design.
• Background in hardware-software interface evaluation.
