Description

You will design and deliver API-based solutions and messaging systems within an event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver messaging solutions using Kafka and change data capture.
  • Develop API-based solutions and hybrid integrations between cloud applications and traditional systems.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs for microservices and API gateways.
  • Implement DevOps, DevSecOps, and Application Performance Management practices.
  • Build and manage platform architectures using container technologies.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka and data streaming.
  • Proficiency in Python frameworks.
  • Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Experience with API gateways such as IBM Datapower or Apigee.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
