Description

You will design, develop, and deliver Java-based APIs and microservices within a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build Java-based APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, AWS, and Kafka.
• Develop SQL stored procedures, functions, and data warehousing solutions.
• Write TDD/BDD unit tests and collaborate with QA on defect triage and resolution.
• Mentor team members, resolve technical challenges, and perform code reviews in peer programming environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer in the US.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and streaming technologies.
• Strong SQL skills for building stored procedures and functions.
• Domain expertise in Financial Services and Investment Banking.
• Experience with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
• Exposure to ETL and Data Engineering tools such as MuleSoft, StreamSets, or Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Tableau CRM, Cognos, or PowerBI.
