Description

You will build and maintain enterprise-grade backend services using Java.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices and REST APIs using Java and J2EE.
• Write complex SQL queries against Oracle Database to support data-heavy applications.
• Implement and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.
• Drive end-to-end feature development, including conducting code reviews and defining test strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java development, specifically J2EE.
• Proficiency in developing distributed systems using microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Expertise in Oracle Database and writing complex SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
• Deep understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, SRP).
• Experience with data flow tools like NiFi, messaging systems like Kafka/NATS, and coordination services.
• Experience performing performance code reviews and implementing scalable code patterns.
