Description

You will design and implement custom technical solutions by evolving industry-standard architectures and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements from non-technical stakeholders into detailed technical tasks for the development team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert providing technical guidance, scoping, and estimates for sales pursuits.
• Collaborate with product owners in agile environments through backlog grooming, refinement, and story pointing.
• Identify and evaluate new team members through technical screening and professional networking.
• Drive process improvements and innovate new ways to add value to client requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of core Java development experience, specifically with version 17+.
• 3+ years of experience using Spring 4.5+ and Spring Boot 2.5+.
• Expertise in Oracle queries and stored procedures, including design and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with persistence frameworks such as Hibernate or Spring Data.
• Proficiency with Git and Gitflow workflows.
• Experience using Maven or Gradle for build automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Experience with collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript ES6.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or PCF.
• Experience with UI frameworks like React or Angular.
