Description

You will develop and deliver production-ready code using Core Java and the Spring ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end production code using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and associated abstraction layers.
• Implement multi-threading and manage complex concurrency requirements.
• Write unit and integration tests for Spring Boot APIs to ensure code quality.
• Manage data persistence through SQL and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java 8.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Data.
• Experience with Hibernate and multi-threading.
• Production experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases and NoSQL databases like Postgres or Cassandra.
• Ability to write abstraction layers for database communication.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Production experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience working within Docker and Kubernetes container environments.
• Exposure to other JVM programming languages.
